A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people closest to my heart!
God bless you and your generous heart.
Thank You for My Birthday Celebration.
Last week, before my birthday, my little niece, with all the innocence and concern of a child, went to her mother and said, “I feel bad for Uncle Father Nathan. Uncle is all alone. There is no one to celebrate his birthday with him.”
She said it because I am far away from my family home, and in her mind, that meant I would be left without a celebration. But my sister, with a smile, assured her, “He will celebrate his birthday with his people.” Those words were more than just comfort for a child– they were a reminder of the deep bond I share with all of you, my parish family. And how true those words turned out to be!
This year’s celebration was not just a gathering—it was a warm embrace. From the thoughtful wishes to the joyful smiles, from the kind gestures to the heartfelt prayers, you made me feel at home, loved, and deeply blessed.
Being far from my family of birth, I have found in you another family – one that rejoices with me, prays for me, and walks alongside me in faith. This birthday will remain etched in my heart as a moment when the love of Christ shone so brightly through each of you.
There were lots of prayers, gifts, cakes, cookies, calories… thank you.
I shared some of the pictures with my family. They were extremely delighted about it. I am NOT a person who likes celebrations for me. I love to do it for others, but I said yes just because it brings people together.
From the bottom of my heart, I say thank you to each and every one of you, the parish council, various groups, and people who were involved with them, for making my birthday so memorable, so meaningful, and so full of joy.
May God bless you all abundantly, as you have blessed me. You made me feel that I am special
With lots of love and blessings.
Ever wanting to be faithful to your service,
— Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan

Thoughts on healing a broken heart… Thank you for your love and care. It’s the greatest and warming feeling that one is being loved, we hear that Christ longed for this acceptance from His people when he lived here in His time.
