A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people who are close to my heart.
”Joy to the World”
”Joy to the World” is the rhythm of this season. The season of Christmas carries, joy, glitter, sparkling, happiness and sharing, but above all love.
It’s Christ sharing his humanity, it’s his humility, it’s his sharing that brings joy to the World. When we think of Christmas, the cry of the angels “Joy to the Word” should come to mind.
There is nothing that took place by chance in the life of Jesus. The angels sang the song of joy just because they discerned the “Joy” of being with Jesus. They relish and cherished that joy and they were able to resonate that out loud to the world. The upshot of being with Jesus is always “Joy”.
Recently this quotation caught by eye
“We are not just human beings having a spiritual experience rather we are spiritual beings having a human experience”.
This is so true with the song of angels. The celestial angels could comprehend and resonate that.
Without any doubt we know that the world desires to enjoy peace, love and harmony, but at the same time it yearns to distance itself away from Jesus. It’s contradictory but it’s true.
The song of the angels has awesome significance to all of us; whoever knows Jesus would know the meaning of joy or at least would venture to comprehend the meaning of Joy; because it’s Jesus or it’s the outcome of Jesus or being with Jesus.
The Emmanuel who is going to be born for us obtains for us that Joy that we long for! We all need this! The world needs Him. Let the birth of Jesus bring you and your family peace and joy. May He make our praying community a little closer to one another. May He continue to shepherd us.
Let the Joy of Christ be with you all!
Let the New Year 2020 bring you warmth, tenderness, kindness and peace in your family.
Let our Blessed Mother be there to continue to guide all of us to her Son. May this year be for us a year to rededicate and commit ourselves to Christ.
Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year to all!
Let us all sing aloud along with the multitude of angels JOY TO THE WORLD
God bless you all. Please pray for me and please be assured of my prayers for you all.
With lots of love and ever at your service,
Fr. Sahayanthan Nathan
