A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people closest to my heart!
God bless you and your generous heart.
Holy Doors pilgrimage Trip Report
We are back, healthy and renewed
We had a great pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi. Everyone stayed healthy. We put in lots of steps which are worthy of value.
Amazing Places
The places we visited were more than I expected! I have realized that I have yet to learn an ocean of knowledge about our Catholic faith. I thought that I was fully fed with knowledge of faith.
Many Pilgrams
I am extremely delighted that I am also one of the members of this greatest treasure of faith. I am. I was very much impressed by the number of pilgrims to these Holy Lands. Lots of people flocking over there. Everywhere you look, people are flocking. Hence, after witnessing such a great amount of people look for the faith and for Jesus.
Hope for the Future
I thought to myself that there is hope. There is a future. I have witnessed thousands and thousands of young families and teenagers flocking there, that made me happy. I am really thrilled about it. I am not a person who looks for external signs and miracles when it comes to faith. What miracle do we need more than the Holy Mass? In a way, I feel I am also part of the celebration of the Mass. I feel humbled and honored.
Assisi
Having said this, when I went to Assisi, I was very impressed by the would-be saint, Carlos Acutis. Carlo Acutis (3 May 1991 – October 2006) was a British-born Italian website designer who documented Eucharistic miracles and approved Marian apparitions and catalogued both on a website he designed before his death from leukemia. Acutis was noted for his cheerfulness, computer skills, and devotion to the Eucharist, which became the core of his life. He was beatified by Pope Francis on October 10, 2020. After a second miracle attributed to the intercession of Acutis was confirmed in May 2024. Pope Francis granted approval in July 2024 to continue forward with canonization, which is scheduled for April 27, 2025. I was standing and praying before his incorruptible body. I felt like he was taking a rest. Lots of children and teenages were present there. I literally liked it.
Being there in person at the tomb of St. Francis of Assisi and St.Clair is a delight. I was introduced to these two people as a teenager: hence, I have a great love and admiration for both of these great saints.
With lots of love and blessings.
Ever wanting to be faithful to your service,
— Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan

The Lord hears the cry of his children. Pray for the world God is not found in noise and restlessness. God is friend of silence.
