A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people who are all close to my heart!
It’s the greatest and warming feeling that one is being loved, we hear that Christ longed for this acceptance from His people when he lived here in His time.
This was the wisdom shared by my mother after she heard how you all were feeling with me and for me.
Dear friends, It is one of the most irreplaceable losses for my family. My mother said,
“He is the first one who gave the title and honor to be “THE MOTHER”
– hence to lose any of her children, especially the very first one, is so difficult for her. For my sister-in-law to lose her husband, who is the world to her, is unimaginable. For the nieces and nephews, it is the same case…their hero is no longer in person in their lives. For all of us – brothers and sisters, one of our brothers is no more in our daily life.
For to have one of the members taken away from the family…it’s pain, agony and above all, a loss of someone we loved so much.
The good and happiness in this loss is that he has gained and captured eternal life! That’s the happiness and comfort we feel now.
The whole family every morning and evening pray the rosary and offer Mass for his soul. Prayer is the only healing to and for all of us. It was/is what helps us to come to accept this loss.
In this most difficult time, I was very much taken up by your love, concern, and care. All your messages, calls, and financial support over here and back home as well as all your cards, calls and everything is extremely incredible! You are all magnanimous, gentle, and caring people. Thank you!
Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I would like to thank all of you individually for putting up with a few adjustments while I was gone—it was very supportive of you all— God bless you all.
Please continue to pray for me and for my healing. It is only now that I feel his absence so much. My heart says, “You are my faith family, this extends me a greater meaning to my life” hence I am practicing my faith journey along with all of you. Let us walk together with Christ, our Savior with faith and trust and He would lead us to the right path.
Finally, let us support this year’s ABCD Our esteemed Archdiocese extends the invitation to each of us to support it. Let us be a part of it. If we are not a part of it, then who would be?
Never worry how small or big your donation is, but please remember – it’s my contribution to the Church. That is it. Let us be a part of it.
Let us also pray for the success of it – this endeavor we all do together.
May God bless you all!
Ever wanting to be faithful to your service,
With love and blessings,
—Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan
