A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people who are all close to my heart!
I am sending lots of love and prayers to you all. I hope and pray that you all enjoy good health. This thought continues to be my wish and prayer for you, your families, and friends.
We have new Hurricane Shutters!
I am sure some of you may have observed that we have new hurricane shutters, around the church. The previous ones were very old, in extremely bad condition, and not easily functional in case we needed to use them; hence, we have installed new ones. It has worked out great – thank you to everyone for assisting. Praise the Lord!
Upcoming Elections
The Elections are quickly approaching. I do hear a lot of the time people talking about their own preferences. Sometimes everything seems to be interpreted and looked at within the eye of politics. As I see it though, our people have such a love for our nation – which is good. Let us love our nation. I have no other thought than to say just this:
“How blessed we are all, to live such a blessed country. God bless America!”
— Father Nathan
On this note, I wanted to request that you to pray for all the candidates as well and for a peaceful and smooth election. Every time when there is an election in any part of the world, there will be some tension because everyone fights to win. There is nothing wrong with being passionate, but let us pray that everything goes smooth and peaceful.
Prayer to the Virgin Mary for the United States
“O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy, at this most sensitive and critical time, we entrust the United States of America to your loving care.
Most Holy Mother, we beg you to guide our leaders with wisdom to lead our people. May all the election processes go smoothly.
May the leaders and individual love and respect each other with dignity and love.
May they always seek and do for the good of our nation and our people as one their priorities.
Free us from any of the falsehoods and lead us to the truth and to your values.
Grant our country men, the wisdom to proclaim that God’s law is the foundation on which this nation was founded, and that He alone is the True Source of our cherished rights to life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.
Help us and assist us our Blessed Mother to discern for the good candidates.
Bestow your wisdom upon us.
Bless us all, and whatever we do, we may do it for the greater glory.
We pray this through Christ our Lord”.
Amen.
Please be safe and let us welcome your/our friends and families back to the Church. I am looking forward to seeing you all again inside the church.
With love and blessings,
Ever at your service.
—Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan

The Lord hears the cry of his children. Pray for the world God is not found in noise and restlessness. God is friend of silence.

The Solemnity of Corpus Christi of feast of the Body and Blood of Christ) is celebrated June 02, 2024 with a Eucharistic procession.
After attending mass today, we were very disappointed in the homily and the subliminal political undertones of the deacon.
The church is no place to express its political views.
Lastly, to put John Lewis, who was pro abortion, anti life on a pedestal was ridiculous.
Your concern has been shared with Father Nathan. I’m sure he will reach out to you personally.
