A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people who are all close to my heart!
Lots of love, blessings, and prayers to you all.
Parish Improvement Update
Many of you came and shared with me your appreciation of the painting and other work we accomplished on the exterior of the church and adjacent buildings. I am so pleased that everyone said it looks great now! Thank you for your compliments.
Thank You for Your Financial Support
We could not have accomplished this without the support of my people. Very many supported this in ten thousand, two thousand, thousands, and fifty dollar donations….every amount helps everyone!
I felt was your support and contribution toward our church’s betterment. Thank you. May God bless all the donors. Soon, we will be taking up our surveillance camera project (CCTV). Please pray that everything will go well with this project.
Pray for Francisco our maintenance man, in his retirement
As many of you are aware our maintenance man Francisco had to leave his job due to health reasons. He was extremely good. When you ask him what we need and what has to be done, he really took care of it. He was a hard worker. I have witnessed in him, the passion for his commitment and went out of his way to take care of the church. He had gotten sick and from then on he wasn’t able to come back to work. We are saddened to hear that he needed to retire due to health reasons. Please pray for him. We are missing him.
I am looking and working on hiring someone that can take care of the cleanliness of the church and wish they would stay a long time.
Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon
On another note: we are also planning for the Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon. Please signup if you are interested to join in it. The pulpit announcement and sign-up sheets will be available soon at the back of the church. The Society of St. Vincent DePaul conference here at St. Gabriel will be coordinating and planning this blessed event.
God bless you all.
With lots of love and blessing.
Ever wanting to be faithful to your service.
—Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan

What is Holy Mass?
What we do and why do we do this?
Vatican II, bulletin 1324 said the following: – The Eucharist is “the source and summit of the Christian life.” 136 ‘the other sacraments and indeed all ecclesiastical ministries and works of the apostolate, are bound up with the Eucharist and are oriented towards it.

What is the Sacrament of Confession? Why do we need confession? What are the benefits of going to confession? The Sacrament of Confession is one of the most unique and beautiful aspects of Catholicism. Jesus Christ, in His abundant love and mercy, established the Sacrament of Confession so that we as sinners can obtain forgiveness for our sins and reconcile with God, our neighbors, and the Church.
