A Message from Father Nathan
My dearest people who are all close to my heart!
Lots of love, blessings, and prayers to you all.
The Healing Power Of Prayer & Love
I called to the Lord, the Lord heard my cry, and He answered me and delivered me from all of my affliction.
– Ps:34:4-6
I believe very strongly that our prayers will never go in vain. I came to India crying and praying to our Lord to lift my mother up from her sickness. What I heard from the doctors and from my family scared me to death. I was very much troubled. I haven’t informed anyone about my coming home to India.
Seeing My Mother’s Face
The minute she saw me she said: “I KNEW THAT YOU WOULD COME!” I could feel the joy on her face. In fifteen minutes she asked my sister to prepare a meal for me and told me she was ready to come home to our house. Repeatedly telling my sister all she needed was to take care of me. My sister was in joyful tears, of course, for seeing me in person and at the same time seeing how my mother was able to bounce back to normalcy.
Witnessing Her healing
She had witnessed my mother never opening her mouth for more than 10 days and she had known of her condition. She felt extremely delighted that my mother was back to herself. They had innumerable tests – I feel extremely happy that everything came back negative. I felt positive that she had a full body check-up. Everything seems to be fine.
I felt extremely delighted that I have done my son’s responsibility to my mother, which I have delighted about. She has gone back home. I want to thank each and every one of you for your prayers and support. It means a lot to me and my family. I very strongly believe it’s only prayers that brought her back to life. Thank you again for your prayers!
Surrender to The Lord & Pray
I have had many experiences like this, where I totally surrender myself to the Lord and beg him to take care of whatever His will is for my life…he always protects me and never lets me down. I would like to thank each and everyone for your continued support, love, and concern. As I always repeatedly tell you all, your love magnifies and your care always amazes me. God bless you all. This love and community spirit make our parish community so special. That’s what a parish should be.
God bless you all.
With lots of love and blessing.
Ever wanting to be faithful to your service.
—Fr. Sahayanathan Nathan
